Is there a minimum contract length?
No. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Annual billing is available if you want the lower $5/user/month rate.
Are all modules included?
Yes. Reviews, feedback, 1-on-1s, recognition, objectives, pulse surveys, tasks, dashboards, and AI manager support are included.
Is there an onboarding fee?
No. Standard onboarding and setup support are included.
Do you support larger rollouts?
Yes. For larger teams, EvalFlow can support phased rollout, CSV import, HRIS sync, API-based integration planning, and manager onboarding.
Is SSO included?
SSO is available as an optional add-on for organizations that need it. It is $250/month per organization, regardless of user count.
Is there a minimum number of users?
No. EvalFlow has no minimum seat requirement.
How fast can we launch?
Most teams can launch in days. You can start with CSV import, connect an HRIS where available, or roll out by department, location, or team.
