Founder profile
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Younes founded EvalFlow in 2023 after more than two decades leading customer-service and operational teams, including teams of more than 50 people. That experience gave him a firsthand view of the pressure managers face when performance information is incomplete, scattered or remembered too late.
His work at EvalFlow focuses on turning those operational realities into practical software: clearer performance evidence, better-prepared managers, more useful conversations and AI that assists people without replacing their judgment.
Why EvalFlow exists
EvalFlow grew from a practical leadership problem: formal reviews were expected to summarize months of work, but the evidence managers needed was rarely captured consistently throughout the year.
01
The most recent project, visible success or recent mistake can dominate a review while quieter contributions and progress across the year disappear.
02
Managers spend review season searching for context, reconstructing events and writing from memory instead of preparing for a useful employee conversation.
03
When important work is missed or feedback arrives for the first time in a formal review, the process feels less like development and more like an incomplete verdict.
04
Capturing feedback, objectives, recognition, one-on-ones and review history throughout the year gives people a stronger foundation for fairer decisions.
The company behind the platform
EvalFlow is developed and operated by Logiciel EvalFlow Inc., a Quebec-based Canadian software company. The platform is supported as an ongoing product and customer operation—not a personal consulting engagement.
About EvalFlow
EvalFlow brings performance reviews, continuous feedback, one-on-ones, recognition, objectives, workforce insights and responsible AI assistance into one connected platform.

Leadership principles
The product is guided by practical principles developed through years of managing people, processes and customer operations.
Important employee decisions deserve a complete record of work—not whichever moments are easiest to remember.
A process only works when managers understand it, can keep it current and see how it helps them lead.
AI can organize context and improve preparation. People must remain responsible for judgment and final decisions.
The strongest performance system is not the one with the most complexity. It is the one people consistently use.
