Evalflow vs. Lattice: Simplifying Performance Management at a Fraction of the Cost
Simplify performance management with Evalflow's cost-effective solution compared to Lattice. Discover the benefits of simplicity, affordability, and...
Compare performance management software pricing for 100, 500, 1,000 and 2,500 employees, including modules, contracts, SSO, setup fees and first-year cost.
2026 buyer's guide
A transparent comparison of public prices, required modules, contracts, implementation fees, SSO, integrations and estimated first-year costs for organizations with 100, 500, 1,000 and 2,500 employees.
Performance management software generally costs about $5 to $20+ per employee per month once the modules required for reviews, goals, feedback, engagement, meetings and AI are counted.
At 100 employees, the publicly calculable options in this guide range from $6,000 to $24,000 per year. At 2,500 employees, the same range becomes $150,000 to $600,000 per year before negotiated discounts, taxes and any quote-only services.
The greatest pricing mistake is comparing one vendor's engagement-only or review-only entry price with another vendor's complete platform price.
If you are evaluating employee performance management software, the headline price is rarely the complete answer. A vendor may advertise $4 per employee, then require separate products for performance reviews, objectives, engagement surveys, structured 1:1s, AI assistance or SSO. Another may charge more per seat but include implementation and support.
This guide calculates the cost of a practical connected system instead of comparing misleading entry prices.
For the most useful apples-to-apples comparison, the modeled package should support the capabilities most HR teams expect from a connected performance system:
| Vendor and package modeled | Public price | Contract | Implementation | SSO and HRIS |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| EvalFlow complete platform | $5/user/month annually $6 monthly |
Annual option or cancel-anytime monthly | $0 | Optional: SSO $250/org/month; HRIS $100/org/month |
| Lattice Foundations + Engagement | $17/seat/month | Annual; $4,000 minimum annual agreement | $0 for performance implementation/change management | Available; no separate public surcharge shown |
| 15Five Total Platform | $16/user/month | Billed annually | Not publicly itemized | HRIS included; confirm SSO and service terms in quote |
| PerformYard connected package | $9–$20/person/month | Annual; minimum pricing applies | $0 onboarding/training | HRIS integrations and SSO included |
| Teamflect Professional | $11/user/month annually | Annual price; monthly option available | $0 implementation, support or training | HRIS in Professional; confirm required SSO level |
| BambooHR Pro | $17/employee/month list price | Monthly or extended terms | Not publicly itemized | 150+ integrations; confirm SSO configuration in quote |
PerformYard's modeled range combines its published Performance Management ($5–$10), Employee Engagement ($1–$3), Meetings ($2–$4) and AI ($1–$3) prices. BambooHR publishes automatic volume discounts, so its larger-company totals below are list-price estimates and a negotiated quote may be lower.
These figures assume every employee is licensed and use the annual price where a vendor publishes one. They exclude sales tax, negotiated discounts and optional services unless explicitly stated.
| Vendor/package | 100 employees | 500 employees | 1,000 employees | 2,500 employees |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| EvalFlow complete platform | $6,000 | $30,000 | $60,000 | $150,000 |
| Lattice Foundations + Engagement | $20,400 | $102,000 | $204,000 | $510,000 |
| 15Five Total Platform | $19,200 | $96,000 | $192,000 | $480,000 |
| PerformYard connected package | $10,800–$24,000 | $54,000–$120,000 | $108,000–$240,000 | $270,000–$600,000 |
| Teamflect Professional | $13,200 | $66,000 | $132,000 | $330,000 |
| BambooHR Pro, before volume discount | $20,400 | $102,000 | $204,000 | $510,000 |
Calculation: public monthly per-seat price × employee count × 12. These are planning estimates, not vendor quotes. Enterprise pricing may differ based on seat volume, geography, products, support and negotiated terms.
EvalFlow includes performance reviews, continuous feedback, recognition, 1:1s, objectives and OKRs, pulse surveys, projects, tasks, AI manager support and standard integrations in the core subscription. The annual plan is $5 per employee per month; the flexible monthly plan is $6.
Organizations that require SAML SSO and a managed HRIS connection can add both for a combined flat organizational cost of $350 per month, or $4,200 annually. Because these add-ons are charged per organization rather than per employee, their effective per-seat cost falls as headcount grows.
| Employees | Core annual plan | Optional SSO + HRIS | Total first year | Effective cost/user/month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 100 | $6,000 | $4,200 | $10,200 | $8.50 |
| 500 | $30,000 | $4,200 | $34,200 | $5.70 |
| 1,000 | $60,000 | $4,200 | $64,200 | $5.35 |
| 2,500 | $150,000 | $4,200 | $154,200 | $5.14 |
That does not automatically make the least expensive platform the right platform. It shows why procurement teams should evaluate the capabilities they will actually use and calculate the complete annual cost before entering a sales process.
Best for: Organizations that want one connected performance system, transparent pricing, fast rollout and no required modules.
EvalFlow costs $6 per user per month on flexible monthly billing or $5 per user per month when billed annually. There is no minimum seat count, mandatory annual commitment on the monthly plan or standard implementation fee.
The core subscription includes reviews, continuous feedback, recognition, 1:1s, objectives and OKRs, pulse surveys and eNPS, projects, tasks, AI manager support, dashboards and standard integrations. SSO/SAML costs $250 per organization per month and HRIS integration costs $100 per organization per month.
Important fit consideration: EvalFlow is a dedicated performance management platform, not a payroll, benefits or applicant-tracking replacement. Organizations can retain their HRIS as the employee system of record and connect EvalFlow as the performance layer.
Best for: Organizations that want a mature talent suite with strong performance, goals, engagement and optional compensation or development products.
Lattice Foundations is publicly listed at $13 per seat per month and includes Performance plus Goals & OKRs. Engagement adds $4, creating a connected package price of $17 per seat per month. Grow adds $4 and Compensation adds $6 if those products are also required.
Lattice bills annually and publishes a $4,000 minimum annual agreement. Its pricing page states that implementation and change-management support for performance management do not carry an additional fee. Integrations and SSO are available, but buyers should confirm their exact identity and integration requirements in the proposal.
Best for: Organizations combining continuous performance management, engagement and manager-effectiveness resources.
15Five Engage is $4 per user per month, but it is an engagement product—not the performance suite. Perform is $11 and includes AI-assisted reviews, OKRs, 360-degree feedback, talent matrix and career tools. The closest connected package in this guide is Total Platform at $16 per user per month, billed annually.
HRIS integrations are listed as included. Organizations should confirm SSO, implementation services, minimum spend and any desired coaching, compensation or advanced add-ons before calculating the final contract value.
Best for: HR teams that need highly configurable performance workflows and value hands-on implementation and support.
PerformYard publishes performance management at $5–$10 per person per month. Employee Engagement adds $1–$3, Meetings adds $2–$4 and PerformYard AI adds $1–$3. A package containing all four therefore has a public planning range of $9–$20 per person per month.
Contracts are billed annually, minimum pricing applies and enterprise discounts are available. PerformYard states that onboarding and training carry no additional fee, and lists HRIS integrations and SSO among included support and security capabilities.
Best for: Microsoft 365 organizations that want performance workflows deeply embedded in Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
Teamflect offers a free plan for up to 10 users. Its published annual prices are $7 per user per month for Essential and $11 for Professional. We modeled Professional because it includes the broader talent-management and HRIS capabilities a larger organization is more likely to require.
Teamflect states that implementation, support and training do not have additional fees. Enterprise infrastructure and advanced security are custom-priced, so larger organizations should confirm whether their required SSO, data residency, logging or dedicated-infrastructure controls change the package.
Best for: Organizations that want performance management inside a broader HRIS rather than adding a specialized performance layer.
BambooHR publishes Core at $10, Pro at $17 and Elite at $25 per employee per month. Performance management, 360-degree cycles, 1:1s, recognition and additional employee-experience features sit in Pro, so this guide models the $17 plan.
BambooHR states that automatic volume discounts apply as headcount grows. Consequently, the table uses public list prices for consistency, but 500-, 1,000- and 2,500-employee buyers should expect a custom discounted calculation. BambooHR also includes much more core-HR functionality than a dedicated performance platform, so its cost should not be treated as a direct like-for-like premium if the organization also needs an HRIS.
Some strong platforms cannot be placed into an honest four-size cost table because they do not publish enough information to calculate a firm first-year total.
| Vendor | What is publicly disclosed | Why no annual estimate is shown |
|---|---|---|
| Culture Amp | Engage, Perform and Develop packages; SSO, HRIS integrations and core security included | Custom pricing; no public per-seat rate |
| Leapsome | Price depends on employees, modules and contract; no setup fee; one-year minimum; SSO and integrations included | Interactive/custom quote required for the selected configuration |
| HiBob | Core HR plus optional performance, engagement and other modules; generally priced per employee | Price is customized by headcount, requirements, region and modules |
| Workleap | Standard starts at $4,999/year; Pro starts at $11,999/year; more than 250 employees is custom | A starting price is not a reliable estimate for a specific headcount; all sizes in this guide above 250 require a quote |
A custom quote is not automatically a negative. It may account for volume discounts, service requirements and enterprise controls. The tradeoff is that buyers cannot establish an accurate budget or compare total cost without completing a sales process.
Determine whether the advertised price covers performance reviews only, engagement only or the complete workflow. Ask sales to identify every required module in writing.
A $5 per-seat price does not cost $600 annually for a 10-person team if the vendor has a $4,000 minimum. Always apply the larger of the seat calculation and the contract minimum.
Annual billing is common. Confirm whether licenses can be reduced during the term, what happens when headcount changes and whether the agreement renews automatically.
Ask separately about configuration, template building, historical-review migration, employee imports, administrator training, manager training and change-management services.
SSO may mean Google or Microsoft sign-in rather than SAML. A 2,500-person organization should ask explicitly about SAML, SCIM provisioning, audit logs, data residency, retention controls and any enterprise-plan requirement.
“Integrates with your HRIS” can mean a native connector, scheduled file exchange or custom API work. Confirm the connection type, sync direction, supported fields, update frequency and ongoing fee.
Determine whether AI is included, sold as a separate module or limited by credits. More importantly, ask what information it can use, how permissions are enforced and whether the manager remains in control of review content.
| Buying priority | Solution to consider | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Complete platform with the lowest transparent modeled cost | EvalFlow | $5 annually or $6 monthly; core modules included; no setup fee or minimum |
| Deep Microsoft Teams and Outlook workflow | Teamflect | Microsoft-native experience with clear tier pricing |
| Mature modular talent suite | Lattice | Strong performance, goals, engagement and optional development/compensation products |
| Manager effectiveness plus engagement | 15Five | Total Platform combines Perform, Engage and manager microlearning |
| Highly configurable reviews with hands-on support | PerformYard | Flexible processes with implementation, training and success support included |
| Core HRIS and performance in one purchase | BambooHR or HiBob | Broader employee-record and HR operations functionality |
| Engagement-first enterprise program | Culture Amp | Connected engagement, performance and development with enterprise services |
The best value is not simply the smallest invoice. It is the lowest complete cost for a system that managers will use, HR can administer and employees will trust.
Public pricing in 2026 commonly ranges from about $5 to $20 or more per employee per month. The complete price depends on whether reviews, goals, feedback, engagement, meetings, AI, integrations and SSO are included or sold separately.
Based on the publicly calculable connected packages in this guide, a 100-person company should plan for approximately $6,000 to $24,000 per year before taxes and optional enterprise services. Quote-only platforms may fall outside that range.
The published package calculations in this guide range from $60,000 to $240,000 per year at 1,000 employees. BambooHR Pro and Lattice Foundations plus Engagement calculate to $204,000 at list price, while 15Five Total Platform calculates to $192,000 and Teamflect Professional to $132,000.
Policies vary. EvalFlow publishes no setup fee. Lattice says there is no additional performance implementation or change-management fee. PerformYard and Teamflect state that implementation or onboarding support is included. Other vendors require buyers to confirm services through a quote.
Not always. Some vendors include SSO or SAML within specific plans; others price it as an enterprise capability or organizational add-on. Confirm whether “SSO” means social sign-in, SAML authentication or full identity lifecycle management with SCIM.
EvalFlow uses one core subscription rather than separate performance, objectives, feedback, recognition, 1:1, engagement and AI modules. Its pricing is designed as a transparent performance layer that works alongside an existing HRIS, rather than bundling payroll, benefits or recruiting functionality every buyer may not need.
This comparison uses pricing and packaging visible on official vendor websites on August 13, 2026. Calculations use published annual prices where available, assume all employees require licenses and exclude taxes, negotiated discounts and optional products not needed for the modeled connected-performance use case.
When a vendor publishes a range, the annual estimate preserves that range. When a vendor only provides custom pricing, no unsupported estimate is invented. Vendors can change pricing at any time; confirm every figure directly before purchasing.
EvalFlow gives you one connected performance platform at $6 per user monthly or $5 annually—with no core-module puzzle, setup fee or seat minimum.
